Keterpilihan Abdi Asmara melalui Musyawarah Cabang (Muscab) Dewan Masjid Indonesia.(DMI) Kecamatan Biringknaya yang di gelar di Aula Kantor Kecamatan Biringkanaya, Sabtu, 29/12/2018
Sekitar 100 pengurus masjid Se-Kecamatan Biringkanaya memadati Aula kantor camat untuk menentukan pemimpin DMI periode 2018 – 2023.
Dalam sambutannya Ketua terpilih Abdi Asmara yang juga anggota DPRD Kota Makassar mengatakan bahwa ”Alhamdulillah, Muscab DMI Kecamatan Biringkanaya telah selesai kita laksanakan dengan baik dan sukses. Hasilnya pun telah kita ketahui bersama, dimana saya diberi amanah menjadi Ketua DMI Kecamatan Biringkanaya periode 2018 – 2023,” Ungkapnya
Tak lupa pula Abdi Asmara mengucapkan terima kasih karena telah diberi amanah menjadi Ketua DMI Kecamatan Biringkanaya periode 2018 – 2023.
Abdi Asmara, menekankan pentingnya sinergitas antar pengurus DMI di Kecamatan, DMI Kabupaten/Kota, DMI Provinsi sampai DMI Pusat dalam upaya memakmurkan Masjid.
Menurut Abdi Asmara, tugas pokok DMI adalah memakmurkan Masjid. ” Kita tidak sekadar bereuforia dengan banyaknya anggota DMI, Tetapi kita bangga dengan apa yang telah diperbuat,” pungkas Abdi Asmara.
Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri Ketua DMI Kota Makassar H.Muhammad Nur Halid yang juga Kepala Kantor Agama Kota Makassar, Camat Biringkanaya Mahyuddin, Kapolsek Biringknaya Kompol Nugraha pamungkas, dan 100-an pengurus Masjid Kecamatan Biringkanaya. (mm)
